  Interior
Interior in good shape. Basic tan and brown colors. No rips, tears, stains, or weird smells.Headliner in very good condition as is the Dash cover. Front seats have seat covers but seats in very good condition. Carpet is in above average condition. Overall rating 7.
  Exterior
Paint is in good condition with shine and luster. Some areas have mild fading and some areas have small paint chips or flakes. In very servicable condition with recent touch up to wheels and leading edges. Elevators just repainted due to reskinning. Overall rating 6+ to 7.
  Maintenance
Four owners total. The first in Texas (No hail damage anywhere), then to the mid west for a short time. Spent most of it's life in Arizona, and then out to California for the last two owners. This aircraft has never had a gear up landing or a gear collapse. All original log books, low 4,020 total time and Lynn's engines with 3 blade Hartzell's.
