Engine: Pratt & Whitney 2900 lb thr, JT15D-5 Engine Time: 1385 h since new

Structure damaged due to hangar collapse in a storm.

The following areas sustained visible damage:
- Left Horizontal Stabilizer
- C-Frame damage on main fuselage
- Small dent on left engine inlet cowling only
In addition to above, both windshields require replacement.

The engines JT15D-5 are in running condtition with all engine parameters within normal range.
The landing gear cycled with the help of Hydraulic Cart, functions satisfactorily.
The wings and other fuselage structure has no visible damage.
The symmetry check performed after the accident indicates
only ONE point out of limit and that is of the horizontal stabilizer.

The aircraft is grounded for the last three years and will require extensive maintenance.
The serviceability of all the systems on ground before any flight should be checked
in addition to the repair work.

All mandatory service bulletins are complied with.
